Class bookings can be made:

  • Online via this website. This secures your place immediately.
  • In the workshop. Full payment is required to secure a booking.
  • Classes are suitable for ages 18+.

Payment:

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to confirm your place. We cannot reserve places without payment.
  • We accept payments by cash, card, or PayPal.
  • We are not responsible for bookings that are delayed due to incorrect or invalid payment details.

We strive to price our classes and workshops fairly, offering good value for money. As a result, we have a clear non-refundable policy to cover our costs and ensure the ongoing viability of the workshop.


Cancellation by You:

  • Payments for classes are generally non-refundable. However, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Please provide us with their contact details as soon as possible.
  • Refunds may be offered if we are able to re-sell your place.
  • Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to complete a class.
  • Please note that there are no make-up sessions for missed classes if the workshop runs over more than one session.
  • You have the statutory right to cancel or amend your booking within 14 days. After this period, a 50% refund or the option to switch to another class may be offered if cancelled more than one month before the class.
  • No refunds will be offered less than one month before the class start date.

Cancellation by Us:

  • In the event that we need to cancel a class, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative class.
  • If the alternative is unsuitable, we will provide a full refund.
  • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or expenses you may have incurred in relation to the original booking.
