I’ve been hanging on to this Singer treadmill table for quite some time. I don’t know about you but it seems to pay to wait for the idea to pop into your mind. The inspiration came to me when I was rearranging my workshop and rediscovered this amazing sycamore slab. I’ve had this slab stored in the workshop for more than two years to ensure it had fully dried. There is something so wonderful about the natural beauty of felled wood with its rough sawn chatter and natural splits in the grain a perfect rustic match that compliments the industrial feel to this piece.
